We have notary appointments available daily from Monday to Friday between 9.00-17.00 in Tallinn, also appointments available in Pärnu, Tartu and Rapla. You can get a company set up and a bank account operational in a couple of hours.

We have sold more than 10 000 ready-made private limited companies. Among non-residents popular services we provide are address service and VAT ID registration for Estonian companies. Growing trend is getting an Estonian company remotely, buying a company with an active VAT ID, also opening bank accounts both for private and legal persons.

We are serving in the best interest of our clients in all matters concerning selling, buying and founding companies, representing them at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and the Commercial Registry. We and our partners speak Estonian, Russian, English and Finnish languages.
